Mike is a 1991 graduate of Wright State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Financial Services. Soon after graduation, he returned to Archbold and took a leadership role in his family’s business, CIG Financial Services. In 2005, Mike took full ownership of the firm as his father, Ray, retired.
Mike has extensive experience in many areas including investment and asset management, charitable gifting, estate planning, retirement planning, and employer sponsored retirement plans. His breadth of knowledge empowers both business and individual clients to look to him for comprehensive advice. As an independent financial advisor, Mike offers his clients objective, transparent solutions and works hard to help them achieve their financial goals.
Mike, his wife Danielle, and their two children are lifetime residents of Archbold. They are actively involved in various church and community organizations.

Pete is a 1981 graduate of the University of Toledo where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors. He has worked in the Investment Advisory business for nearly 20 years, beginning his career at a local CPA firm as a partner providing financial, tax, and retirement plan services to corporate and individual clients.
As an investment advisor, Pete provides advice on a full array of investment products including mutual funds, ETF's, stocks, annuities, life insurance, managed accounts, IRA's, and retirement plans for individuals and businesses. He takes pride in his ability to customize advice based on each client's risk/reward personalities.
Pete is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and currently lives in rural Wauseon with his wife, Melodie. They have been active in various civic and church functions throughout their lives and have two daughters and three grandchildren.

Andy is a 1988 graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned his Bachelor of Science. After serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army in Germany, Andy returned to Northwest Ohio where he received his MBA from the University of Toledo.
He began his financial advisory career at Edward Jones, joining CIG Financial Services in 2005. Andy specializes in individual retirement planning, fixed income strategies, and complete brokerage services.
Andy and his wife Brenda have five children and are longtime residents of the Archbold community.

Ned started his working career at the local furniture manufacturer and was employed for 22 years in various positions. In 1988, he joined the Archbold Fire Department and continues to serve the community. In 2000, Ned switched careers and moved to the Insurance and Financial Planning industry. He has significant experience in Life and Health Insurance, Long Term Care, Senior Health, and other investment products. Ned brought his expertise to CIG Financial Services in 2009.
Ned is a lifetime resident of Archbold and is a member of the Archbold Evangelical Church, holding various leadership positions over the years. He is also a member of the Fulton County Gideon Camp where he served as Vice President. Ned and his wife Sandy have three adult children and eight grandchildren.

Kirk is a graduate of Ashland University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, he returned to Archbold, created an independent financial practice, and began helping clients achieve their financial goals.
In 2020, Kirk’s firm, Kirk Weldy Financial Group, LLC, merged with ClG Financial Services. He specializes in investment management, generational planning, nonprofits, foundations, and employer sponsored retirement plans, always offering comprehensive advice.
Kirk, his wife Leah, and their three children are lifelong residents of the Archbold community where they belong to numerous church and community organizations. Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and coaching young athletes in the Archbold Baseball Program.
Becky joined the CIG Financial Services in 2007 as a receptionist, greeting clients and answering phones. Due to her professionalism and performance, Becky quickly elevated her role and added Client Services to her responsibilities. Her continuous demonstration of flexibility and proficiency enabled her to transition into her current role as Director of Finance and Operations. She attended Northwest State and studied Accounting which qualified her to manage payroll and accounting for the firm. Now, Becky is responsible for compliance and assistance with 401(k) and SIMPLE plan administration.
Becky and her husband, Chris, have been married over 25 years and they have three sons and one granddaughter. They attend Archbold Evangelical Church and are involved in various church activities. Becky and her husband also own and operate several small businesses.

Sid Ramirez joined CIG in 2017 to assist the firm with office IT needs. After working with the team, he discovered a passion for client services and financial planning. As the Director of Software and Portfolio Administration, he provides support to financial advisors not only in the realm of technology, but also in the area of portfolio/risk management. Sid is continuing his professional education so that he may take on more responsibilities in an advisory capacity at the firm. He continues to improve his skills and provide the excellent service that CIG clients have come to expect.
Sid lives in the Archbold area and is involved in various church and community activities. His family includes his mom, dad, two brothers, a sister, and his two dogs.

A lifelong resident of Archbold, Trevor Rupp is grateful to be able to serve the community where he grew up. He is a 2021 graduate of Spring Arbor University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance as well as his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Executive Leadership. During his time at Spring Arbor, he also worked in the finance industry and played golf for the University.
He began working as a Financial Advisor for Thrivent in 2022 and made the transition to CIG Financial Services in 2024. Trevor has enjoyed serving his clients in a variety of ways, including providing holistic financial planning, retirement planning, and investment and asset management. He provides purpose-based advice and works hard to help his clients meet their financial goals in a way that is personalized to their unique needs.
Trevor and his wife, Grace, met at Spring Arbor University and were married in 2023. They enjoy spending time with family, playing golf, and being outside.

Rachel joined CIG in 2018 and currently serves as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, she helps clients with questions, sets appointments, and helps process paperwork. Her friendly and caring personality lends itself well to forming strong relationships with clients and assisting them in achieving their unique financial goals. Rachel also provides personal assistance to Lanita Boyers in her daily tasks. Before working with CIG, Rachel taught high school science for eight years.
Rachel attends and serves at the Crossroads Napoleon Church where her husband, Levi, is a pastor. They are proud parents to four young children. When they are not busy with family life, Rachel and her husband are involved in various community organizations in Napoleon, OH.

Mandy joined CIG Financial Services in 2019 and serves as a Client Service Specialist and Life and Health Insurance Consultant. In this role, she assists clients with questions and processes forms and documents. Her affable and attentive temperament fosters lasting relationships with clients and helps ensure that they understand how to best achieve their unique financial goals. Prior to CIG, Mandy worked as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for two years where she developed a deep level of professionalism and industry knowledge. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Toledo.
Mandy is a lifelong resident of Archbold and has three brothers. She attends Archbold Evangelical Church where she is a Youth Leader and member on the Board of Student Ministries.

Kim joined CIG in 2020 and currently serves as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, she helps clients with questions, sets appointments, and helps process paperwork. Kim’s dedication to client care builds lasting relationships, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to achieve their financial goals. She has worked in the Financial Planning industry for over ten years and is also licensed to sell life insurance products.
Kim has been married to her husband and high school sweetheart, Tom, for 33 years and lives between Wauseon and Delta. Together, they have two sons and two grandchildren. Kim is a lover of the outdoors and is extremely passionate about supporting her football teams, Wauseon and Ohio State.

Ashley has served as a receptionist and client service specialist since she joined CIG in 2022. In this role, she typically answers phones, assists clients with questions, and processes forms and documents, particularly in the area of 401(k)s. With over twenty-one years in the banking industry prior to joining to CIG, Ashley has a strong base of knowledge regarding finances as well as a passion for excellent customer service. She values building strong relationships with clients and seeks to provide the highest level of professionalism and care to everyone who walks through the door.
Ashley and her husband, Andy, have four children and reside in Defiance, Ohio. They enjoy doing projects around their home and spending time together as a family, especially on trips to Coldwater Lake in the summer.
